No, not a quote from the new RUSSELL BRAND film but yet another high~larious moment from this week's episode of THE APPRENTICE. And this was SR'ALAN's reaction:

Yup, with disgust! I asked this last week, but where did they find these f*cknuckles? This time, JIMMY CARR look~a~like RAIF was in charge but sadly didn't produce the form that he did last week. In fact, the guys were almost passable, though one of them did say 110% within the first 10 minutes. I really loathe that. The girls provided all the entertainment this week with the "best salesperson in Europe" - her words not mine - not realising that £5,000 was too much for some laundry. Daft cow. A hotel is gonna spend that everyday on laundry? Come on! Although I have no sympathy for head~in~the~clouds LUCINDA, I felt that JENNY (who delivered the quote in this post's title) was unduly harsh on her. Having said that it didn't really matter as SR'ALAN fired neither of them in the boardroom. Instead he binned the one person in the gals' team that was actually thinking about the task in hand. Poor choice AS, and nobody agrees with you.


I've just finished watching THE CELEBRITY APPRENTICE with DONALD "Lurves The North East Of Scotland" TRUMP (actually I watched it alone, schnarf) and while much of it was clearly staged, it did provide much guffawing from me. The final alone saw country star, TRACE ADKINS, reveal a helluva~lotta homophobia, especially when it came to the BACKSTREET BOYS. He was 'looking after' them at a gig and the little bastids asked for wheatgrass (which he alone found effiminate) and then nail polish. He found that request so against his nature that he had to take the manly LENNOX LEWIS with him to buy it; just in case anyone doubted his sexuality. Real playground stuff; funny, nonetheless.


In TV~news, THE OFFICE (back next week!) is to get a spin~off show. I think I mentioned this a while back as a possiblity but it is now reality - see the story HERE. Classic UK comedy, ABSOLUTELY, is finally getting released on DVD (not vid-a-o) next month. Looking forward to that. CHILDREN OF MEN to become a TV show? Seems so, get the 411 HERE. Right, this bit of news regarding INDIANA JONES & THE KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL is not exactly a shock but still news~worthy. In an upcoming game, produced by LEAPFROG, the synopsis states that MUTT WILLIAMS - played by SHIA LABEOUF - is the son of INDY. What is more interesting is that the link that officially stated this fact has now mysteriously disappeared... THIS was the original link.
